  • Determine a comfortable monthly budget (don’t forget to include taxes & insurance)
  • Speak with a lender to find a program that meets your needs and begin to pin point your spending power
  • Identify those features that are most important for your future home
  • Keep in mind closing costs can range from 2-5% of sale price
